Non-diet Breaking Ice Cream!!
I scream you scream we all scream for ice cream! Yep, you heard it right, today we are making ice cream. And not plain old boring ice cream, but dairy – free chocolate, vanilla, banana ice cream that is the easiest thing to make and is ready within minutes. I AM SERIOUS!!
1. Slice very ripe bananas and place them in a freezer until they are frozen throughout.
2. Place about 2 cups of frozen banana slices, a splash of vanilla and a spoonful of peanut butter in a food processor or a blender.
3. You also need to add almond milk, but that is added based on the consistency you desire. You definitely need to add about a fourth to half a cup in the beginning. From here, if it is too thick, you may need to add more milk or if it is too soupy, add more bananas.
4. Add Ingredients in the second step based on how you want it to taste. You are making the ice cream, so how you want it to taste is up to you!
5. Finally, place the ice cream in a bowl, stir in a handful (or more) of chocolate chips and put it in the freezer for fifteen to thirty minutes. After that, take it out and enjoy!!
