DAIRY FREE HOT COCOA!!
Hot chocolate season is here, finally!! But, I thought I would mix things up and create a dairy free version of a classic, delicious and cozy drink. Below you will find a list of steps that are easy to follow and complete!
Place a cup of almond milk, vanilla or regular in a pot and let it boil.
Start with two tablespoons of dairy free chocolate chips. I use the brand Enjoy Life!
The more you let it sit on the heat, the thicker the consistency will become. If this happens, you can add more almond milk no problem.
If the drink is not chocolaty enough, then feel free to add more chocolate chips, still only add a couple at a time so you do not over do it.
Last step is simple, ENJOY!!
