GRILL CHICKEN WITH NO GRILL???
Chicken is my go to protein that I love to cook with. It is super easy to take it and flavor it so many different ways. What’s not easy is the actual cooking of the chicken. Cooking it in the pan works, however you can get the same, and maybe even better results, by cooking it in a Panini press! Yep, you heard me, the thing you make sandwiches with is the best tool for grilling chicken. I put the marinated chicken (usually let it soak in a salad dressing for thirty minutes) on the pre-greased “grill”, put down the top, wait five minutes and BAM! Delicious chicken is served! I usually shred mine and put it in a bowl with brown rice, vegetables and sauce of my choosing. Trust me when I say your life will be changed forever!
